TULIP is a chair that has been designed for use in technical rooms, laboratories, medical practices and beauty salons. This is a product that has been on offer for many years and is very popular to this day.

Available in black and grey, the soft polyurethane seat and backrest are made from moulded polyurethane foam that is soft to the touch. Both the backrest and seat are properly contoured, have a non-slip surface and are easy to clean. The backrest has a hole that serves as a handle, allowing the chair to be easily moved.

One variant of the chair can offer anti-static properties, which has been confirmed by a test report.

There are several types of mechanisms to choose from in the TULIP chair, including fixed mechanisms, without the possibility of adjusting the backrest tilt, and integrated mechanisms with adjustable backrest and seat tilt.

The base of the stool offers a myriad of options. The following elements can be tailored to your needs:

• chair base - aluminium, steel or nylon
• tilting base allowing to tilt the stool in any direction
• plain feet or self-locking castors, castors with tyres
• gas springs - low or high, black or chromium-plated
• footrests - available in up to eight types, including aluminium, steel, nylon, fixed and adjustable

Special transport castors, which are usually used in warehouse trolleys, can be fitted to selected bases. Bearing-mounted castors are fitted with non-marking rubber tyres. A foot brake is available as an option.
