PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PROCESSING

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data processing consists in any operation performed on personal data, such as collecting, storing, recording, organising, altering, retrieving, using, disclosing, restricting, erasing and destroying.

The INTAR TOOLS Rozdejczer Spółka Jawna company with its registered office in Parole, 77 Szeroka Street, 05-831 Parole (INTAR TOOLS), which is the owner of the INTARSEATING.PL website (the SITE) and the INTAR SEATING trademark, is the controller of personal data of users who are natural persons (USERS). Being the personal data controller means that INTAR TOOLS determines, under its own responsibility, the purposes and means of processing the users' personal data.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

There are various purposes for which INTAR TOOLS processes personal data. Depending on the purpose, different methods of collection and various legal basis for processing, using, disclosing and storing may apply.

INTAR TOOLS processes personal data in accordance with the general legislation in force and in compliance with the principles of protection of the users’ privacy, that is to say, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, and its implementing provisions.

APPLICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy and cookies policy applies to all cases where INTAR TOOLS is the controller and processor of personal data. This applies both to cases where INTAR TOOLS processes personal data obtained directly from the data subjects and to cases where it has obtained the personal data from other sources. INTAR TOOLS fulfils its information obligations irrespective of how the data was obtained.

In order to protect the privacy of the Users’ data, INTAR TOOLS implements a variety of security measures and uses relevant technology to ensure secure data processing. In particular, it:

• prevents the processing of the Users’ data in violation of the applicable legislation;
• protects User data against unauthorised access;
• protects User data against loss (ensures data integrity);
• allows access to the database to those authorised to process the data, but only for the purposes and to the extent necessary to ensure that the SITE continues to operate in a proper manner.

INFORMATION SHARING

Given the particular importance of respecting privacy, the data collected by the SITE is made available only to the entities that provide IT services to INTAR TOOLS, and only to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the SITE.

REGISTRATION

SITE Users have the option of registration on our site.

Registered users have access to functionalities that facilitate the SITE use and communication. USER RIGHTS

The Users have the right to:

• access their personal data and request its rectification if it is inaccurate;
• request the erasure of their personal data from the database, with the exception of data used for accounting purposes in accordance with the fiscal regulations and other mandatory legal provisions. Deletion of data

• request the restriction of data processing;
• object to the processing of the data;
